Gene Ontology (GO) analysis of differential expressed proteins (DEPs) between wild type (WT) and MAP4 (S737 and S760) knock-in (MAP4 KI) mice. a All identified proteins were classified according to the Biological process (BP), Molecular function (MF), and Cellular component (CC) based on the GO analysis. b GO enrichment analysis suggested that most DEPs identified were mainly enriched in the Guanosine triphosphate (GTP) binding, guanyl ribonucleotide binding, and guanyl nucleotide binding. All the data showed in this section have reached statistical significance (p < 0.05)
